I propose a smooth wake up with stretching, cardiac coherence and some day yoga with an instructor
After the group chat and the fresh home made juice (with the extractor), we go for a walk (beach/rice fields/near by the centre)
Usually, we go back in the afternoon and you get some free time for other activities : massages, private yoga sessions, private strength sessions, swimming, esthetical treatment….(appointments are required for these activities), reading, talks, nap…every thing you need! Everything you want!
A conference is conducted around a subject : fasting and benefits, how to change your menus, how to prepare the remontee alimentaire?
A vegetables broth is served in the evening and we share this moment all together
